  Three of us went for lunch to have burgers today. We were very disapointed to learn we could not have burgers because they did not have burger buns. A first for me a restaurant that serves good burgers with no buns???? They did give us 10% off of what we did order. Wasn't that great. Randy

  Probably one of the worst meals Ive ever had at Boston. Big Dipper was tasteless. Nachos were greasy and not at all crispy. Washroom needs a reno and the air freshner was way too strong - enough to make everyone cough. Not a great experience.

  It's a good place to eat -- the pizza itself is quite nice -- but it feels lacking for the price, and static.

  Ordered a New York Strip dinner asked for double veggies no fries or potatoes. Waitress was very nice at first. Dinner was served very quickly which was great. Though my veggies were cold. I asked to have them warmed or replaced she said appsolutly. Food came back within minutes and the whole plate was steaming and she said I gave you an extra garlic toast for your troubles. I said I didn't need it but thanks just wanted my veggies hot. What I found was now the veggies and my steak was over cooked and the bread was like rubber. I ate about 2 thirds of the meal and I couldn't Eat any more I needed to ask for the Manager and the waitress said he wasn't here he was gone home. I said when you heated the veggies you heated everything with a microwave and overcook everything the girl said fine I will give you it for free, give me the plate. I wasn't looking for a freebie I was just looking for a hot meal with a properly cooked steak. She was making me feel like I was a pain in the ass. Sorry but will never come back after that experience. I come to Sault Ste. Marie once a month for 2-3 days and stay at the hotel next door to Boston Pizza. It wasn't about the freebies it was about a good meal for the price. I spend allot of money dining out whereas I travel allot for Business and I am not a complainer infact probably don't complain ever but this really got my back up the way she treated me making me feel like the bad guy. So you won't get my business again. Todd
