  Bathrooms are always dirty and look like they could use a good disinfecting. Snow clearing on walk ways outside need to be better taken of as this place seems to cater to allot of seniors. The snow pack is at least 10 inches thick on sidewalk and very uneven, someone is going to fall! Food was good, waitress was nice.

  Friday june 23 5pm i am watching the take out girl cut up chocolat cake and place them in the too go containers while doing so she is eating the crumbs off the counter. Gross. Then she walked in the back and packed up the rest of the order. Never washed her hands

  While I like Swiss Chalet and our server was nice, she was the only server on staff on a Saturday evening in the summer. Service was slow, but I don't blame the server.
